Tacky puns aside I am dying to grow my collection of high waisted skirts for the spring and summer. They are great to purchase now because even when its cold they look so sophisticated with opaque black tights and booties or pumps! In continuing on with my new obsession with all things floral I love the print on this one from Urban. I have had it in my shopping cart for the last month and of course now they don't have my size! BUT if they did still have it I would've scooped it up now that its on sale and paired it with a black sleeveless turtleneck (maybe one with some ruffles like this), and black opaque tights.
